Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vivera Video Studio you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Accounts are provisioned to identified users. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for ensuring the information you provide is accurate. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

The service allows you to plan projects, write and structure scripts, produce scenes and shots, generate or assemble media, render finished videos, and publish those videos to social platforms you connect. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.

Parts of the service use artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected or similar to output produced for other users. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before you use or publish it, including for factual accuracy, rights clearance and platform compliance.

You retain ownership of the content you upload and, as between you and Vivera, of the content produced for you in the service, to the extent such content is capable of ownership under applicable law. You represent that you hold the rights necessary to use the material you submit.

You grant Vivera a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, modify and display your content solely to operate the service, perform the tasks you request, and publish content to the destinations you authorize. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for residual copies in routine backups.

You may connect YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or Facebook accounts. Connections are initiated by you and can be revoked by you at any time. Publishing occurs only when you explicitly authorize it. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each platform's terms, community guidelines and monetization policies. Vivera is not responsible for a platform's decision to reject, restrict or remove content.

• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that incites violence.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers minors.
• Infringement of intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
• Deceptive impersonation, synthetic likenesses or voices used without the necessary consent, and fraudulent or misleading media.
• Malware, scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing limits, or interfering with the service or its infrastructure.
• Any use that violates applicable law or the rules of a connected platform.

The service itself, including its software, interface, branding and documentation, is owned by the operator of Vivera Video Studio and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any rights in the service to you other than the limited right to use it as permitted here.

The service integrates third-party platforms and processing providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, decisions or actions.

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, capacity limits, provider outages or factors outside our control may cause downtime or delays in processing and rendering.

Where the service offers paid plans, credits or usage-based charges, applicable pricing and authorization steps are presented in the product before a chargeable action is performed. Production actions that incur cost require your explicit authorization. Unless stated otherwise, amounts paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data may be deleted after any applicable retention period.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that generated output will be accurate, original or suitable for your intended use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivera Video Studio and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vivera Video Studio and its operator from claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your content, your publishing activity, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Vivera Video Studio is operated by Konexfy LLC. A public support mailbox has not yet been published for this service. Until one is listed here, questions, data access requests and deletion requests should be directed to the Vivera Video Studio account administrator who provisioned your access.
