Platform subscription. AI generation is billed separately from a balance you choose to recharge.
Paid subscriptions and recharges are not open yet. Creating an account does not start a subscription.
How consumption works
The $29 platform fee does not include generation credits. At launch, a $25 recharge will add $25 of generation balance. Vivera will absorb payment-processing fees and pass through the provider's actual cost without a markup.
For example, an approved generation with a verified provider cost of $2 will use $2 of balance. Cost varies by model, duration and settings. At paid launch, estimates will be shown before you authorize work.
Generation balance is for work requested inside Vivera. It cannot be transferred between customers or spent outside the platform. Refund requests follow our cancellation and refund policy.
Connecting your own Google Gemini, Higgsfield or Kling API credentials is planned for a second phase. It is not included as an available feature today.
At paid launch, Basic will renew monthly at $29 USD until canceled. The platform subscription and generation balance are separate. There is no included generation allowance or paid trial. Any applicable taxes will be disclosed before payment.
Vivera is a digital service delivered through your account and dashboard. There is no physical shipping. Generation and rendering times depend on the request and provider availability.
Konexfy LLC operates Vivera Video Studio and will be the legal merchant for all payments, processed through Stripe. Registering an account alone will not authorize a charge.
Cancel future subscription renewals through billing management when available, or contact support. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate requests.
Cancellation & refund policy →At paid launch, checkout will open on Stripe's hosted payment page. You will review the charge, currency and any applicable taxes before confirming. Vivera will retain transaction references and billing status; full card numbers will be handled by Stripe.
Any payment methods offered will be shown at checkout. Do not email card details, passwords or provider API keys to support. If a confirmed payment does not appear in your account, contact support with its receipt reference.
