Cancellation & refunds

Vivera is delivered online through your account and studio dashboard; no physical goods are shipped. Paid access begins after a successful subscription payment has been confirmed. A recharge becomes available in your balance after payment confirmation. Contact support if a confirmed payment does not appear in your account.

Generation and rendering are asynchronous. Completion times depend on the request, provider capacity and service availability. A charge does not guarantee a particular creative result or a fixed delivery time.

The planned Basic subscription is $29 USD per month and renews monthly until canceled. You may cancel future renewals through billing management when available or by emailing support@riverzab.com from your account email. Include your account or invoice reference and request cancellation before the next renewal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. It stops future renewals and does not by itself refund the current period or delete your account. If the billing controls are unavailable, contact support for assistance.

The platform subscription does not include generation credits. Recharges fund a separate balance used for authorized generation at actual provider cost, without a Vivera markup at launch. An estimate or temporary reservation is not a final charge. Provider-confirmed usage may incur a cost even if you decide not to use the resulting output.

Unused balance is not automatically refunded when you cancel the subscription. Contact support if you need us to review unused funds or a disputed usage entry. Do not retry an uncertain generation solely to resolve a billing issue.

Subscription payments and recharges are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Contact support if you believe a payment was duplicated, charged incorrectly or taken for a service that was not delivered. We will review the payment, delivery and provider records before deciding whether a correction or refund is due.

To request a review, email support with your account email, invoice or transaction reference, amount, date and the reason for your request. We may request additional information to verify the account. Any approved payment refund is returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Account deletion is a separate process. When requesting deletion, tell us if you also want to cancel a subscription and review any unused balance. See the data deletion instructions.
