Manage or delete your data

1. Email support@riverzab.com from the address associated with your Vivera account, with the subject “Vivera data deletion request.”
2. Tell us whether you want to delete your entire account, specific projects, or the data for a connected social account. Include the account or channel name needed to identify the connection.
3. We will verify your identity and the scope of the request before processing it, then confirm the outcome by email. You can use the same address to ask for a status update.

Do not send passwords, API credentials or access tokens. If you no longer have access to your account email, contact support for help with identity verification.

An account deletion request covers the account profile, associated projects and media, and stored connected-platform credentials, subject to information that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or security purposes. We respond within the period required by applicable law. Backup copies may persist for their retention cycle.

Deleting data from Vivera does not remove videos already published on YouTube or another platform. Manage those videos directly on the destination platform. If a studio has multiple members, we must verify your authority before deleting shared studio data.

You can revoke Vivera's Google access from Google Account permissions. For other platforms, use the platform's connected-app or business-integration settings. Revoking access stops future authorized access through that connection; it does not by itself delete Vivera projects or previously published videos.

For removal of stored connection data, disconnect through Vivera's connection controls where available or include the connection in your deletion request.

If a subscription is active, include a request to cancel future renewals when closing the account. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions; request both if you want both.
